Horrible servers make for a bad food experience. My mother and I stopped in for Taco Tuesday and neither of us have ever eaten at this establishment. I ordered two buffalo tacos and my mother 1 buffalo, 1 chili and 1 shrimp taco. We even joked with the server Deanna that I could never eat three tacos. The food come and my mother had 5 tacos on her plate she told the server I only ordered 3 tacos. The server was very combative and rude for such a young lady and said well why did you say 5 tacos. She literally went back and forth 4 times with my mother before my mother said I know what I stated and so I guess you’d like to give me the additional for free. The server said very obnoxiously not at all miss. She ran to the back of house, grabbed a plate and told my mother to place the tacos in the plate and they will be thrown away. Not wanting to make a scene we did just that. Word to management this young lady has no social skills and probably not who you want working with your customers. I have told multiple friends and family in the area not to go to Jackson hall in East Islip. If I could give negative 1 stars I would.
We sat at the bar and had burgers and brews. Delicious and in a relaxed setting with Michelle and Cameron taking good care of us.
Wine Wednesday had half priced wine bottles! Almost cheaper than you'd pay in the wine store! Great food as well, we enjoyed our visit.
Good food with reasonable prices. Tiny parking lot!
New owners for about eight weeks. Place is really good. Get the Long Island clam chowder. Combination of Manhattan and New England. To die for. They make everything in house. Homemade and delicious. They make their own butter. Highly recommend!
